Sharland Gas Ltd Business Terms & Service Conditions

Welcome to Sharland Gas Ltd. By requesting a quotation, booking a service, or purchasing a Home Care Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by Sharland Gas Ltd are subject to property inspection and verification. Written quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Any unexpected structural or electrical complications identified during work may incur additional costs, which will be discussed before proceeding.

2. Home Care Plans

• Coverage Area: Plans are available within eligible Newport (NP) and Cardiff (CF) postcodes.
• Bronze Plan (£9/mo or £90/yr): Covers annual boiler service and safety check. Standard call-out fees (£65 + VAT) or emergency call-out fees (£100 + VAT) apply.
• Silver Plan (£19/mo or £199/yr): Covers annual boiler service, safety check, and priority call-outs with reduced rates.
• Gold Plan (£29/mo or £299/yr): Full boiler and central heating cover, priority emergency response, and no call-out fees.
• Parts, additional labor, or pre-existing system defects not covered under the specified tier remain chargeable.

3. Emergency Call-outs & Payment

Standard call-outs start from £65 + VAT. Emergency call-outs start from £100 + VAT. Payment for non-account work is due immediately upon completion of the service or invoice issuance.

4. Gas Safety & Gas Safe Compliance

All gas engineering work is carried out by fully qualified Gas Safe registered engineers strictly adhering to UK safety regulations.
